Topline Farm is a brand new, state-of-the-art equestrian facility located in Preble, NY. The entire facility was designed from the ground up to provide the best experience possible for horses and their owners.

The barn boasts 22 large, bright stalls each equipped with memory-foam stall mattresses, automatic waterers, and custom hay feeders designed to allow the horses to graze continuously. Additional features include grooming stalls, wash rack and infrared solarium lights which can aid muscle recovery and also help speed coat drying time in the winter months. The huge indoor arena includes 80’x230’ feet of riding space, an area to safely tie horses, and a separate 54’x64’ lunging area for additional training. The footing in the arenas is a special dust-free blend of sand and fiber and is meticulously maintained for horse and rider safety. A 125’x250’ outdoor arena is currently under construction and has breathtaking views of the valley. We offer spacious turn outs for grazing and exercise, including dry lot options. Individual turn outs are available as well. Customers will also enjoy the many amenities at Topline Farm including a large heated tackroom with individual lockers for their belongings, and a lounge with a complete kitchenette and a full bathroom.

Jordan Brown, a graduate of University of Findlay's equestrian program lives on-site. She has many spent years working with AQHA and NRHA professionals, as well as working as a licensed veterinary technician. Her unique mix of experience allows a comprehensive approach to both training and teaching. Jordan will work with horses and their riders to accomplish their goals, whether that means simply building a better partnership or high level competition. The management of the horses at Topline Farm includes individualized nutrition plans with premium hay and grain, custom training and lessons, lots of turnout, and access to excellent veterinary and farrier care to ensure horses will feel and perform their best. The farm’s primary focus is on competition horses, particularly registered Quarter Horses for huntseat events, however all breeds and disciplines are welcome.


